Dan Lin, the producer behind The Two Popes, The LEGO Movie franchise, and other successful movies and TV series, had a bold vision for his new company. He wanted it to be a platform for change in Hollywood, one built on an ethos of empowering storytellers, where creators felt free to take risks, push boundaries and explore new ideas. We helped turn Rideback, the name for his new company, into a community in service of creativity.
An old cowboy term for circling back to pick up a fallen rider, Rideback is a place where people and ideas pour into each other to elevate the potential of both. We developed their brand story, messaging, logo and visual identity, and consulted on environmental design for their new creative campus, Rideback Ranch, now home to a growing community of production companies, animation studios, a writers-in-residence program, and a television incubator.
