Castifi was a production management platform founded by a former production accountant, who knew there had to be a better way. They started with streamlining casting and payroll for background actors, then tackled other challenges—document by document, report by report. As they added services, their name became a limiting factor for their business.
We helped them become Everyset, the integrated production platform that works for everybody. We developed a new name and narrative that spoke to their ease and ability to work with every type of production, along with a new logo and visual identity that showed studios they’re a serious player. Casting, call sheets, payroll, hot costs, production reports—it’s all together now. When everything connects, everything clicks.
